LYRIC Youth

LYRIC’s programs are open to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQQ+) youth and allies 24 years old and younger.

LYRIC’s mission is to build community and inspire positive social change through education enhancement, career trainings, health promotion, and leadership development with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQQ+) youth, their families, and allies of all races, classes, genders, and abilities.

May is here, and we’ve got a packed lineup of events for youth during drop-in hours (3–6pm, weekdays). Come through, hang out, and don’t miss what’s happening all month long! LYRIC was honored to be recognized by Openhouse (@openhousesf) with the Trailblazer Award at their Spring Fling. Our Executive Director, Gael Lala-Chávez, accepted the award on LYRIC’s behalf. This award is given to organizations that have made a meaningful impact on the lives of LGBTQ+ people. Thank you for honoring us with the Trailblazer Award.
