About the program
Mentorship is an Educational Scholarship, 12-week program, for LGBTQQIA+ youth and allies, ages 18-24. The program helps link a young person with their mentor (26 years and older) to have one-on-one support on leadership, community engagement, interests, and other life skills.
The program also helps connect youth to available resources in the community, in-depth discussion about cultural and social justice topics, cultivate new meaningful relationships with mentors and peers to expand the youth’s support network.
Mentors
We are looking for 6 caring adults (26 years and older) to support a young person on leadership skills, community engagement, interests, and other life skills. The program also helps connect youth to available resources in the community, in-depth discussion about cultural and social justice topics, cultivate new meaningful relationships with mentors and peers to expand the youth’s support network.
