LYRIC offers a wide range of support to help LGBTQQ+ youth navigate the systems they need to acquire the services they deserve.

Housing Navigation

LYRIC is a designated Coordinated Entry site for homeless or marginally housed transitional age youth (18-24 years old). We can help with Problem Solving and Housing Assessment to prioritize youth for housing in the community through our Housing Assessment and Navigation services.

SFSU Rapid Rehousing

LYRIC and San Francisco State University PATHS program have partnered to offer rapid rehousing to qualifying SFSU students. Providing Assistance to Housing Solutions (PATHS) is a program of the San Francisco State University Basic Needs Initiatives and the Dean of Students office.

PrEP Navigation with LYRIC Youth Advocates

Including HIV prevention and PrEP use, PrEP counseling, setting up medical appointments, insurance navigation, and regular follow ups to continue supporting youth in their PrEP journey.
