LYRIC TAY Leadership Continuum offers paid employment and stipend-based programs to Transitional-age Youth (TAY) between 18 – 24 years-old.
Artistic Resistance is paid, immersive program for TGNC, non-binary, and queer youth, ages 18-24. This program is designed to prepare a new generation of creative, social justice leaders to critically engage and wrestle with their socio-political landscape through various forms of artistic expression, while supporting their emotional and mental wellness so they can become powerful agents of change in their own lives and in their dynamic, intersecting communities.
Community Leadership Program is a paid 12-week, experiential program for LGBTQQIA+ youth and allies, ages 18-24, designed to deepen participants’ understanding of social issues impacting their communities, while supporting them in developing a culminating group project that addresses a specific community need.
Mentorship is a stipend-based, 12-week program for LGBTQQIA+ youth and allies, ages 18-24, where mentees receive one-on-one support from a caring adult to deepen their leadership skills and get connected to available resources in the community. Mentees also gain emotional support from their peers in group meetings and have the opportunity to explore the landscape of San Francisco through fun mentee-mentor outings.
