LYRIC Mentorship Program

LYRIC Mentorship Program is an opportunity for LGBTQQ+ and TGNC transitional age youth (18-24 years old) to connect with a professional LGBTQQ+ adult mentor around career goals and shared interests.

Mentors will coach youth in developing career goals, defining areas of interest, building communication skills, navigating LGBTQQ+ professional life, and applying for jobs. The program requires 10 hours of in-person meeting time between mentors and mentees to accomplish their goals. Youth will be connected to a Youth Advocate and program coordinator at LYRIC so mentors can focus on supporting youth professional development.
