LYRIC offers a wide range of support to help LGBTQQ+ youth navigate the systems they need to acquire the services they deserve.
LYRIC’s Community Groups are spaces for LGBTQQ+ youth of all ages to meet one another, explore relevant topics including identity, history, art, social justice, and health & wellness.
LYRIC is a designated Coordinated Entry site for homeless or marginally housed transitional age youth (18-24 years old). We can help with Problem Solving and Housing Assessment to prioritize youth for housing in the community through our Housing Assessment and Navigation services.
Including HIV prevention and PrEP use, PrEP counseling, setting up medical appointments, insurance navigation, and regular follow ups to continue supporting youth in their PrEP journey.
